PCA PIPP AWARD Best Exterior Commercial Restoration Project
February 2025 | The Shipman Mansion | Edgewater Park, NJPainting Contractors Association (PCA)Â is the only official trade association dedicated to the success of more than 300000 painting contractors in the US and Canada.
The Shipman Mansion, a Second Empire style home, circa 1869 is located on the banks of the Delaware River. It is listed on the New Jersey and federal Registers of Historic Places. The Foundation, a 501(c)(3) corporation, is dedicated to educating the public on the architectural, cultural and waterfront history of the Mansion property and surrounding region. Ahern Painting was hired to restore the property to its original grandeur. Our scope of work was the complete exterior, interior and exterior sides of the window sashes, interior plaster repairs and interior wood refinishing.
